Working my way through the program again only doing the intermediate run plan this time. Feeling strong! Anyone else out there keeping it up?

Hi Cali! I’m in the North, but I definitely want to keep going! I started the program at the beginner stage, so I think I’m going to circle back around and pick up at the intermediate workouts.

I can’t believe the 8 weeks are done! I’m a little behind (this week is my week 7) and I was wondering if this community will stay “open” for us all to stay connected? I saw someone was going to keep going and I was hoping to keep this up and move to the intermediate training plan once I finish the beginner. It would be cool to keep sharing our progress and any tips with each other. Thanks for an awesome program!!

Quick Q: If we missed a week due (sick kiddos, sick self, etc. etc.) should we pick up where we left off? Or join in on the new week?

Hi all!

Whys:

1 - I am coming up on one year of intense cancer treatment for breast cancer which totally rocked my world last fall. I’ve done 6 months of some of the worst chemo out there - there were days where just walking up a flight of stairs made me so winded I had to stop and rest to catch my breath. Now that I’m wrapping up radiation and I’m almost done with immunotherapy I’m feeling human again. Now the cancer is gone I know how it feels to have your body completely destroyed and now I am building it back - better than before 💪🏻

2 - My oncologist likes to remind me that exercise/movement keeps the cancer away. So I move.
