Hey ladies! Wanted to post for accountability! I haven’t been as consistent and need to get back to the routine. I exchanged the Wednesday run for a swim which was a fun switch. Falling off on strength training but sharing here to hold myself accountable for getting back to it next week 💪🏻 how is everyone doing without the larger group??

Sophia Chatzi I’m doing OK! Consistently running 2x a week. Swimming has been less consistent - mostly because pool time conflicting with work. I’ve fallen off with strength training and yoga - that’s where I’m trying to figure out a schedule because I can feel a difference without doing those classes.
I keep telling myself - just getting out to run is a win! Same with your surfing! Thanks for checking in 😊
