Corrie Can proudly report my first run in 2 weeks - just over 5 k and it was bloody hot but the ocean to cool off after was bliss! How were you going this week?

Hey girls! Late check-in from my side but I’ve also kept going in the intermediate version but have altered a lot of it. Now I’m in Bali for one month and find it hard to go running but will try to squeeze in at least 1 run a week together with lots of surfing and some stretches. I recently stepped into a „level up“ version of myself both personally and in business. I‘m expressing it with a different style of clothing that I love and now I want to embody that bigger levelled up version of myself with more strength behind it.

My mantra isn’t defined yet but I think its just „Level uuuuup“ ⚡️ 💥
