Winter has arrived, at least in the north! The trails I run in the summer are now prepped as ski trails ❄️Anyone else replace their running with cross-country, nordic or backcountry skiing? I’m enjoying it while I can! The snow tends to rain away a dozen times before it settles 😜

I can’t believe the 8 weeks are done! I’m a little behind (this week is my week 7) and I was wondering if this community will stay “open” for us all to stay connected? I saw someone was going to keep going and I was hoping to keep this up and move to the intermediate training plan once I finish the beginner. It would be cool to keep sharing our progress and any tips with each other. Thanks for an awesome program!!
Getting ready for a surf trip in 5 weeks. I would love to do the Stamina Program, but perhaps more swimming focused? I live in a landlocked state so I can't surf waves, but I try to swim in the river and local reservoir!
I’m wondering if the videos will still be available after the program is done? I’ve fallen behind on the strength, nourish, and flow 🫠🫠🫠
