Hey, hey, I hope everyone is doing great. I am part of the stamina program and I have a question about the runs. I have this thing, and I don't know if it happens to other people, that around minute 20 or so I get pain in the lower belly and it extends to the lumbar area and sometimes I need to stop 😅. After a little it goes away. I was wondering if there is any abdominal workout or any advise for avoiding the pain. Sorry if this is TMI, thank you! 😁
Hey Salty Club! I’m part of the Stamina summer challenge and have a question about the runs.
I’m doing the beginner runs and I’m wondering if it’s better to do flat ground runs where I can actually run the whole time instead of going to trails with some incline where I have to walk on some uphills? I prefer being on trails but they all inevitabley have hills and I’m not fit enough to be able to stay at a running pace uphill yet.
Been loving the program though and am looking forward to the running getting easier haha

How do you guys use run tracker apps?
I have a hard time seeing the point of them in interval-based running.
I’ve one only used them in the past to track my pacing and distance, to see whether I improve over time.
However, with this these intervals, where there are quite a few minutes of jogging in-between sometimes, I find it a bit discouraging that my pacing, time and distance reflects it. Even though I like the format.
But maybe I’m missing something?
I have quite the competitive personality when it comes to running. I get very motivated by being better than I was last time. ❤️🔥
