I’m already a member and I’m having trouble upgrading to the Golden Year Pass.
✧ If you first subscribed via desktop:
Go to your Account > Change Membership > Click the 'upgrade now' button
✧ If you first subscribed via the mobile app your subscription is managed by Apple (App Store) or Google Play, not directly inside Salty Club.
1- Open app and upgrade to the Golden Year pass
2- Email us a screenshot of your updated plan at : hello@thesalty.club
We will email you your partner codes!
HOW?
📱 iPhone (App Store)
Open Settings on your phone
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select The Salty Club
Tap See All Plans (or Change Plan)
Choose Golden Year Pass
Confirm the upgrade
⚠️ If you don’t see the Golden Year Pass, it means Apple hasn’t surfaced it yet — see workaround below.
Open Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Select The Salty Club
Tap Upgrade or Change plan
Choose Golden Year Pass
Confirm
⚠️ Important (Apple + Google limitation)
If Golden Year Pass doesn’t appear in the app store options:
Cancel your current mobile subscription
Then subscribe to the Golden Year Pass via the website (not the app)

How do I access all classes?
Once you sign into your account, navigate the All Classes section in the top menu to access all of our videos.
Because of the nature of our digital offerings and what’s included in your membership, all sales are final. This helps us protect the integrity of our programs and the creators behind them. This is why we offer a free 7-Day trial so you can decide if the membership is a fit for you. We cannot refund one-off purchases of programs once bought.
Your access to classes, programs, workshops, and everything inside The Salty Club will expire on the final day of your membership—so be sure to soak it all up before then.
If you signed up through our website, our team is here to help with all membership-related questions—including billing, cancellations, and general support. Just shoot us a message at saltyclub@uscreen.support and we’ll be happy to help.
If you subscribed through The Salty Club App (via Apple or Google Play):
Heads up—app subscriptions are managed directly through your device (Apple/Google). That means all changes (cancellations, refunds, etc.) need to be handled on your end—we don’t have access to your in-app payment info.
Here’s what you can do from your device/account settings:
View Subscription: See your payment receipt, trial end date, and next billing date
Cancel Subscription: Must be done via the App Store or Google Play (where you originally subscribed)
Restore Purchase: If you can’t access your content but have an active subscription, use the Restore Purchase option in the app
Request a Refund: Refunds for in-app subscriptions must be requested directly through Apple or Google
