Had to rearrange a couple of the days this week, and yesterday just decided to rest from the second run this week because my heel needed another day to calm down - but did a solid little circuit yesterday as a break from a remote con-ed course on my patio - it was hooooot and sweaty 😅

I read this prompt days ago, and realized that I have had difficulty with observation the last few days, as in I’m not sure what I observed. I broke a boundary with work for the first time ever - I recently started a new physio job, and the workflow is very different from my last clinic. The client load ramped up faster than I could get the hang of the documentation system, and I fell really behind. I have had a very strong boundary with work for nearly seven years where I don’t bring my work home, but I broke my own rule this once so that I could go into this week caught up and without an extra burden. Also I had a course over the weekend that required 5:30 am get-ups both Saturday and Sunday, but Saturday night ended up being very emotional after a full day 1 of my course, and I made the call upon going to bed that I needed to sleep over everything else, and getting up at 5:30am again after two shortened nights of sleep in a row was going to make the days after terrible. I was fortunate the lecture was recorded so I can watch on my own time this week. Sunday I went by myself to watch the world cup final at one of the sports bars and made a few friends with strangers, one who happens to live in Spain. I just flowed with how things were feeling both externally and internally and made adjustments along the way, but it was for sure one of those times I was less present with the world. I’m still not sure what I observed. I have many other thoughts but they are lengthy 🥴
