Hey team!

Welcome to week two.

Think of observation like a meditation.

When you're present, you'll start to notice more of the world around you.

This will lift both your creative and running practice.

Drop in something you observed today and what it made you feel.

Big Love,

JL

Loose but playful.Loose but light. Loose but kind on yourself. Loose but strong. Loose and relaxed. Loose and smiling as you run downhills. It'll be interesting what you notice, I feel with this feeling, you'll let go of a lot. All the tensions you hold on and grapple with, they'll slowly subside. Excited to see where you go over the next 8 weeks!

A great little activity I do, is to keep a list of notes on your phone. Anything no matter how big or small that you're proud of day to day, write it down. Watch the list slowly build, and next time someone asks you can be like "well.... actually, let me tell you!"

Love this. I agree with the shorter interval work. It's intense, but short enough to keep you present. You have nothing else but to run hard and fast, and simply, be alive! And in that doing, you'll automatically move fluidly. Excited to hear and see what comes up creatively as well for you as you nurture this feeling.

Surrender, the ultimate act. In doing so, more opportunity, calm, love and light will flood in.I'm excited for you.

Such a beautiful energy and feeling to cultivate. You will break through so many walls and glass ceilings. Cheers to feeling free!

Incredible. Day by day, you will cultivate more bravery in every run, every decision, every action. And then in 8 weeks, 8 months... you'll look back and see all the times you were brave. It was brave to say this! It's begun.

Hey team,

I started with the most important workshop first. Think of your feeling like your North Star.

For me, it's STRONG.

I want to feel Strong in the mind, strong in the heart, strong in the body.

I always ask myself: Will this make me feel stronger in any of those areas.

I'd love to hear what you choose!

Big Love,

JL

Hey Laura! I don't pay too much attention to it. If you're wearing a HR strap/ armband, you can trust it a little bit more.

In time, it's about trusting your intuition. Listen to your body when you start the day and before you start your run.

If there is anything acutely sore, then I would rest longer. If there is "heaviness" / general fatigue, I would suggest moving through it, and seeing how you progress.

The watch doesn't take into consideration a lot of lifestyle factors. E.g. if you're more or less rested.

However, changing the intensity is probably a good idea. While you're learning to use and train with the program, it's better to lean towards the lighter side of intensity. 70-80% adhesion to the program is better than doing it 100% 'right' and pushing your body too far/ too hard. Big Love,JL

Dawn <3. From safety, we can grow and nurture so much love and light. Makes me smile every time I read that you're now running outdoors. YOU ARE A RUNNER.Keep spreading your light.
