Yo, how is everyone?

This has to be the easiest of the homework.

Let's see a photo from your run.

Hey team,

I've been waiting to share this one with you.

It's one of my favourite practices. I even have a tattoo of it.

What was your 1%er today?

Mine from the weekend was: A friend called me over to give me a new mug and saucer. And sunset! Oops, that's two.

Big Love,

JL

Hello Hello!

You've probably heard of Morning Pages, and for good reason.

I'm not going to ask you to share your pages - they're for you and you only.

What I am curious about is: What happens if you write every morning this week? Let me know what you start to feel when you clear your mental cache.

Big Love,

JL

So so wild.

Eventually you'll notice the suffering become easier. If not, notice more, take the running even slower."noticing is in my soul" - I loved this line.

Trail running is the best. I prefer it and recommend it.

Hey Corrie and Mandi!Ahhh, sorry to hear about the wildfires. So scary. I hope you and your network are okay. Personally, I'm not great on the treadmill either. Other than putting a podcast on, calling someone, or watching something, it's very much an act of building mental resilience.

An an alternative:You could break up your long run by switching out the treadmill for other aerobic training. E.g. if your longrun is 40min. 20 min on the bike, 10min run, 10 min stairclimber.

Remember, the bike, stairclimber, elliptical, you're still "collecting heartbeats". You won't get the same impact through your bones, but it will still work!Let me know how you go. JL
