I received my training plan for the week on email and thé animal Flow was thursday on the calender, or in the app its wednesday and its not available. It tell me that I need to pay, how do I do?

I’m not 100% if there’s a beginner’s animal flow for someone who is new to Salty. Today’s was good but it was definitely challenging for me as it’s somewhat new for me!

Competing apps on iPhone - playing music with videos. Just started the stamina program and I Absolutely LOVE the app ungrade, the calendar and the challenge program is 🔥. One question though, is there a setting or some way of playing Spotify while playing the ST video workouts at the same time? The video overrides Spotify. Don’t mind the challenge of a silent workout but the sound of my heavy breathing is less encouraging than some music 😂
