Even after a tough day or week I try to remind myself of how I feel after a workout or run. Which is always I feel lighter as my mind isn't so busy anymore. And I try to compare how I felt in week 1 to now. I already feel a difference: my legs are a way stronger. And due to a chronical illness (Endometriosis) I often avoid to train my core or upper body, but I do it anyways (yes I skip a rep here and there but still do the workout and push it a little)
So the thing i think of is: you are brave enough to show up anyway and will be stronger after!
