hi i am Jessie from Germany, and the past years i had small and middle traumatas to deal with and have a shit work which is eaten me up lately. so i pressed the pause button for a week or two now .. i normally do a lot of sport but the past 2 years not so much. so i wanna change it again and this programm/challenge just came right & i thought it might be easier with a nice community to start again and hopefully to stick to it! :) i also bought a new gravel bike which i start now

aye after a 2 hrs bike ride it was pretty exhausting as the legs were pretty involved here :) but i did it and i am proud! thank you!
