Such a beautiful energy and feeling to cultivate. You will break through so many walls and glass ceilings. Cheers to feeling free!

Incredible. Day by day, you will cultivate more bravery in every run, every decision, every action. And then in 8 weeks, 8 months... you'll look back and see all the times you were brave. It was brave to say this! It's begun.

Hey Laura! I don't pay too much attention to it. If you're wearing a HR strap/ armband, you can trust it a little bit more.

In time, it's about trusting your intuition. Listen to your body when you start the day and before you start your run.

If there is anything acutely sore, then I would rest longer. If there is "heaviness" / general fatigue, I would suggest moving through it, and seeing how you progress.

The watch doesn't take into consideration a lot of lifestyle factors. E.g. if you're more or less rested.

However, changing the intensity is probably a good idea. While you're learning to use and train with the program, it's better to lean towards the lighter side of intensity. 70-80% adhesion to the program is better than doing it 100% 'right' and pushing your body too far/ too hard. Big Love,JL

Dawn <3. From safety, we can grow and nurture so much love and light. Makes me smile every time I read that you're now running outdoors. YOU ARE A RUNNER.Keep spreading your light.

Jessie F. That's okay! It will take time to find your right pace. I always say, go easier you think. Stop more often than you think. Go slower than you think. You've started. That's the hard part.
