Thank you sharing your experience! 14 km is amazing. I want to be able to run a 10K in the next few months. I’ve never been a “runner” but have played sports all my life and man is running a totally different beast and mindset. Those are good tips, I’m definitely overthinking how to do it “right” when I also should just focus on what feels good and keeps me consistent. A mix of both seems like a good tactic.

Happy running💪

Hey Salty Club! I’m part of the Stamina summer challenge and have a question about the runs.

I’m doing the beginner runs and I’m wondering if it’s better to do flat ground runs where I can actually run the whole time instead of going to trails with some incline where I have to walk on some uphills? I prefer being on trails but they all inevitabley have hills and I’m not fit enough to be able to stay at a running pace uphill yet.

Been loving the program though and am looking forward to the running getting easier haha
