So far so good! RPE’s are definitely needing to be scaled based on temperature outside. Looking forward to some rain in Montana this week 🤞🏻

I want to feel FLUID - I feel like many of the last years I’ve spent so much time second guessing, hyper-analyzing decisions and how I communicate with both myself and others, thinking I need to the perfect words to say what I mean for fear of being misunderstood. On a creative level I have gotten in my own way, thinking about ideas, pursuing one but getting either sidetracked, interrupted, lost confidence, ect. I want more fluid output that is continuous, even if it’s not perfect.

With running I want a more fluid stride, less hesitation. I like interval work because the short duration allows me to actually focus my brain on something specific as a cue for my footing, whether it’s in how I land or pull my knee through my stride, the posture of my trunk, the position of my chin, or the evenness of my breath. ✨🌬️

Thank you!

Oooohhh okay thank you so much!! I still did the video but I think I did it totalt backwards then 😅

And the videos are working! Thank you x2 :)

Mimi where in Montana are you?? I’m in Missoula!

Hi! I’m Sarah, 35 and newly from Missoula, Montana (just moved after 6.5 years in California, originally grew up and did my schooling in Texas) - I signed up last minute because I decided I wanted something that had more structure with interval work. I have no problem getting outdoors for a run but it’s never structured and I want my fitness to have a good base before potentially doing longer endurance training :)

I also love strength training (gimme some kettlebells and barbell), beach volleyball (played a lot during grad school in Austin, TX), and mobility and yoga. I recently have been really leaning into my writing cañabilities, and just took out my artist markers for the first time in ages, so I’m very excited for some creative prompts along the way!

I’ve never thought about an alter ego athlete name - let’s go for Wannabe Puma? 🐈‍⬛
