I’m not 100% if there’s a beginner’s animal flow for someone who is new to Salty. Today’s was good but it was definitely challenging for me as it’s somewhat new for me!

I have a toddler and been doing a soft/medium version of 75 Hard and I've just had to occupy them or take him with me on my bike rides and runs. I need to have more snack options for my workouts but shows or some outside time!
