Yes, you can play Spotify while doing the workouts, just make sure that “Background Audio” is enabled in your Uscreen app settings. Here’s how to do it:

In-App:

Go to “account” (usually the bottom right corner).

Look under “playback options” 

Look for “Allow Background Audio” and toggle it on, and then you can chose our Recommended Playlist.

In Desktop:

You can find the link in the description of each workout!

Then you should be good to go!
