Hola !! Honestly, it’s up to you—both options would work fine overall. Week 4 was a lighter week in terms of volume, meant to give you a bit of rest before starting the continuous runs. So if you’ve skipped week 4 and essentially given your body a break, you should be good to jump straight into week 5!
