1) Quick explanation: some of our teachers cue in non-mirrored format, meaning when they say "left," they mean their left — not yours. So if you're facing your screen, their left is actually on your right, and vice versa. It can feel like everything's backwards even though you're doing it exactly right!

Easiest fix: watch your teacher's actual leg/arm movement rather than listening for the words, and just mirror what you see rather than what you hear. Your body will follow along naturally once you stop trying to match the verbal cue.
