Most of us love moving. What we struggle with is showing up week after week—especially when life gets busy, motivation dips, or we’re juggling a zillion things. One week you’re on fire, the next you’re saying, “I’ll start again Monday.”

This 8-week hybrid training plan gives you all three. A program that’s doable, flexible, and (dare we say?) actually fun. Plus a community to hold you up to it on days your brain tries to bargain.

STAMINA Summer Program is an 8-week Hybrid Program that combines running, strength and primal flow. This plan features 5 movement sessions per week [online & offline], a Calendar & a Community Channel.
Week 1 to 4 — FOUNDATION
2 runs/week + 1 optional
3 online classes
Week 5 to 8 — EXPANSION
3 runs / week
2 online classes + 1 optional
On Sundays, you will receive your Training Plan for the week ahead. There is a specific day for each workout, but no given time; this means you can do it at any hour of the day, according to your own life schedule.
★ RUNNING // LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY
This program is open to all levels. Each session offers a clear running formula—based on either time or distance. To guide your intensity, we’ll use Effort Cues based on the RPE (Rate of Perceived Effort) scale. This scale goes from 1 (very easy) to 10 (maximum effort), helping you tune into your body and adjust the intensity that matches your fitness level, mood or cycle.

How do I access the program?

Can I still join if the program already started?
Yes! All the sessions are available on-demand, and you’ll get access to the entire program regardless of when you start. You can decide to jump in where the rest of the group is at, or start from the beginning.
Is there a group chat for all participants?
Yes ma'am! You’ll get access to a private group chat just for program participants. Expect support, sweaty selfies, shared wins, and some solid accountability if you want it. The group chat and and support tends to be one of the favourite parts of these challenges.
What if I can't keep up or I miss a few days?
Then you’re human, and this program was made for real humans. You’re not behind, you’re on your own timeline. Every session is available to repeat, skip, pause, or restart. This is about building a sustainable rhythm. The group chat definitely helps keep you accountable and you will probably find you are way more consistent than normal anyway.
Can I access the videos offline?
Yes. If you download the Salty Club app on your phone or tablet, you can download sessions and take them with you—no Wi-Fi needed. Perfect for travel or remote runs.
